Just as Tasha shared I bought this to get rid of dark spots on elbows and i can see it working! I have probably used it now about five times and I would say I have seen about 50% improvement highly highly highly recommend! Tasha thank you for all you do and for your sharing :)

Just a little back story before I give my review. I had breast cancer last year that was caught early enough with surgery followed by radiation. I needed to take some time off from working out to recover which mean no exercise until I was given the green light. Just recently, I started back at a slow pace with my workout regiment. I tried one strip but wasn't sure of the impact it had on me because I did not apply my all to the exercise. I couldn't determine what the feeling should've when I took the strip until today. Before I went to exercise I took both the Mushroom Extract Complex and one strip and I couldn't believe that I made it through my strength training exercise. I came home and still had enough energy to do laundry, make dinner and clean around my home and not feel exhausted. I think that's saying something about this energy strip. I will continue to use it as it's giving me what my body needs. I'm not keen about the taste but, I can get past it. Other than that, I am happy about this product.

Just ordered my second bottle. I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis several years ago have been prescribed several meds, along with taking vitamins. Yet, I was still suffering daily until I start taking these sea moss drops!! I felt the difference in a week. I am now jogging and feeling almost normal again! I've started taking these gummies (2x per day) the first time I got them. I think it's giving me a boost with my energy level but I will need to continue taking it to determine if will improve my cognition also. Aside from that, I like the taste.
