I take the sea moss drops every day. I take 1M and put it under my tongue. I’ve noticed that my nails are growing and my face doesn’t look as dull as it did. I’ve also noticed that my gut health is improving.

The sea moss is great good flavor also I haven't took my prescribed medication for hypertension due to retaining water for about 2 weeks. I have no swelling no headaches and blood pressure a little high but not like it was when I was taking the medication which gave me headaches as one of the side effects.
