It's been 2wks using these items- I had a Backache Pain between my lowered back & butt, a Knot that developed on my foot that was causing pain when i walk a wk ago. Very potent! A little goes a long way. Everyone in the office has been sick, but not meeeeeeee! Be sure to balance with probiotics when you take it. Use for no more than two weeks at a time. Two weeks on then two weeks off.

Also I used a few drops with some carrier oil on a bug bite.Soothed and healed it right away!

My day starts with 2 droppers in coffee. This is a daily ritual. Not exactly sure what it's doing for me specifically but it surely feels good.

I have multiple sclerosis and I started experiencing lots of pain in my lower back/waist area. The only time I experience this is when I am about to have a relapse. I’ve been without a relapse for over two years now, so I started to get fearful. I was already taking my sea moss for For about a week so I started to increase the dosage from one drop a day to three drops a day and in three days, all that nerve pain went away and I know it was because of the sea moss. So hands-down, it gets five stars.
