I have taken other magnesium supplements and I did not get the results that I'm getting with Magnera Magnesium Glycinate......I take mine at night and I have been sleeping through the night! Currently I am getting old for the first time. I am 53 still waking up like I am still 22 no stretching no water no pre-nothing before I head out the door. That caught up with me. Excellent product

This is a very good product I have lots of energy and no brain fog in fact my creativity is lit. I'm getting a lot of important things done these last 2weeks effortlessly. And I haven't taken it daily I've used it every other day or 3-4 days in a row but I certainly feel a difference.
