I'm pleased to report that, after incorporating this supplement into my lifestyle, I've seen positive results.
My background includes using the Zepbound family appetite suppressant. However, I decided to try a more natural alternative based on Tasha's recommendations. After carefully examining the all-natural ingredients, I started with a lower dose than recommended (two drops daily instead of three), given my initial skepticism about its potency. Even at this reduced dosage, the product proved quite effective. I subsequently adjusted my intake to one drop daily, based on my body's response.
Currently, three weeks into my trial, I've ceased using the supplement entirely for three days. I've experienced a significant decrease in appetite. My typical daily intake now consists of a small meal— perhaps baked salmon with a fresh salad— or even just a serving of SkinnyPop popcorn and fresh fruit.
